Today I felt like part of the mafia or something . . . being the only girl, all dressed up, and surrounded by older men in suits.

I've Always Said I wanted to Travel for Work

I leave bright and early tomorrow morning. For three out of the next four weeks I will be traveling for what we call Vision Dinners. We basically put on a nice dinner for our donors and people who love the ministry to share updates and our vision for the future. I coordinate all the details with the venues, handle all registrations, and basically do all the silly detail work. It's been a challenge, but a good one. I've never done event planning . . . and I've never even been to a Vision Dinner, so this is definitely a learning experience for me. And I'm not coordinating just 1 dinner . . . but 16 all at the same time.

I hope I haven't forgotten anything.

Well off to Escondido, San Diego, Santa Ana, and Long Beach this week. Should be interesting.

My New Coffee

Buttery-sweet mouthfeel; collided notes of papaya and ripe melons.

I am super excited to try this one . . . too bad it's too late for coffee. Maybe tomorrow.
